Optoma ML1050ST+: Reviews
Samuel Mathews ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was a frequent traveler, always on the go with work and pleasure. I often found myself in need of a projector to give presentations or watch movies on the road. But at first, when tested in ambient light, its performance fell short of my expectations. But then I decided to give it one more chance and test it in complete darkness – that’s when everything changed! The image quality was incredible and sharp for its throw distance and screen size. Far better than any other mini projector I had tried before.
Peter McDonald ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
To set it up, I connected the projector via MacBook Pro Retina through the HDMI port on the back of my laptop. It only took 5 seconds before both devices were synced up and ready to go! Next came the time for some sound-testing, playing a video from Netflix at maximum volume revealed decent speakers but nothing spectacular. Unfortunately, this meant that action movies would be better enjoyed with headphones or invested in external speaker systems if necessary. Overall results were impressive and promised many hours of entertainment ahead of me.
Peter Allison ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had always been a fan of technology, but the idea of having to lug around a bulky projector was never appealing. That all changed when I stumbled upon this little guy. It was lightweight and compact enough that I could throw it in my backpack and not worry about it taking up too much space or weighing me down.
Not only did its size impress me, but also its performance. The image quality didn’t degrade as you expand the picture which is something that often happens with projectors of this size. Plus, it booted up quickly with no noise at all! And the remote made controlling it so easy that I felt like a pro presenter whenever I used it for work presentations.
