Sony VPL-PHZ50: Reviews

Ronald Dorsey ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So, my team and I bought two of these Sony VPL-PHZ50 projectors and set them up on our customer’s ceiling in a matter of minutes. It was so easy! We couldn’t believe how quickly they were installed and how great they looked once everything was all hooked up.

The customer was thrilled with their new setup, as were we, not only because it would save us time and money. But also, because it provided an amazing viewing experience with its high-resolution display and superior brightness levels compared to other models on the market today. Plus, thanks to its laser durability, we knew that these projectors would last for many years without any problems whatsoever.

Jocelyn Lyons ⭐⭐⭐⭐

After lots of research and advice from friends, I decided on the VPL-PHZ50 because it was said to have a minimum of 5000 Lumens. When I finally got it set up, however, I felt underwhelmed by how dim it seemed. At first, I assumed that there must be something wrong with the projector itself, but after spending some time looking through the settings menu, I found an option called Brightness Priority that did make a noticeable difference in how bright its output was. Even then though, I still wasn’t satisfied with how much brighter it could get. Certainly not as much as what other projectors with similar specs were capable of producing.

In the end, though, this projector would do what I needed it to do – so despite my slight disappointment at not having gotten a better model – I kept using this one. It may not have been as bright or vivid as what others might expect from such expensive equipment. But at least now my presentations will look just fine when given in any kind of lighting situation!

As soon as I fired up the projector, my jaw dropped. The projection was brighter than ever before! Every color looked vibrant and more intense than before, even small details popped out in a way they never did before. We were absolutely astonished – it felt like watching movies or TV shows in HD for the first time! And not only did the image look better, but we no longer do we have to worry about getting expensive lamps replaced or mucking around with the projector VPL-PHZ50 itself – now all we have to do is enjoy its high-quality performance for years and years!
